To cater with the amendments in SEBI guidelines, regarding the need to maintain UPSI and Structured Digital Database internally with adequate internal controls and checks such as time stamping and audit trails to ensure non-tampering of the database and to service our customers with a platform where compliances related to the amendments are met, we have designed a solution to cater the need.
We understand the importance of adhering to the regulation and to maintain UPSI and SDD on the company’s own server, we present My Insider -UPSI platform which is inline with the amendments.
